1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on jl998.cam, logging into the jl998 platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by jl998, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access jl998 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each user is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jl998 is required by law and our PAGCOR license to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys ID) and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restricted account functionality, including the inability to withdraw funds.

jl998 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to selfie verification, video calls, or notarized affidavits, particularly in cases involving large withdrawals or suspicious account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl998 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). Deposit limits may vary based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of third-party payment providers. jl998 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or blockchain network congestion.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jl998 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing. jl998 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits and may request supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy of funds.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency).

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Termination by jl998

jl998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In the event of account termination, jl998 may withhold any remaining account balance if there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations.

8.2 Termination by User

8.3 Self-Exclusion
